What is the minimum storage time?
Our minimum storage time is four weeks.
What happens if I want to enter my storage unit out of hours?
If you would like to access your unit outside our opening hours, give a member of our team a call and we can make suitable arrangements for you.
Do I buy my own padlock?
No, you do not need to buy your own padlock. We provide each customer with their own secure padlock for their unit.
How safe are my belongings?
Your belongings are stored inside a robust, all-steel storage unit fitted with a tamper-proof lock box and a high-security padlock.
 The site is fully enclosed, with locked gates whenever the facility is not in use, and is protected by 24-hour CCTV monitoring.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Your goods must be insured while in storage. You can use your own policy or arrange cover independently — whichever suits you best.
What notice period do I need to give?
We require 2 weeks’ notice at any point after the first month.
How long can I store my items for?
As long as you like. Whether you need storage for a week, a year, or indefinitely, we offer flexible month-to-month contracts.
Can businesses use your facility?
Absolutely. We store tools, equipment, stock, archives, and more.
 Our location, security, and vehicle access are ideal for trades and local businesses.
Is vehicle access easy?
Yes. All units have drive-up access, making loading and unloading simple for cars, vans, and large removal trucks.
